WHITE WINE
2019 Howe Sound Blend, Chaberton Estate
Our house blend is made from 100% BC grapes grown in the Okanogan, Similkameen and Fraser Valleys. This refreshing dry wine has zesty aromas of citrus fruits with a crisp clean finish.
Pinot Gris, Volcanic Hills Estate
Off-dry, un-oaked, light bodied, exhibiting beautiful aromas of Anjou pear, apple skin, citrus and mineral. The palate is fresh, with pear, apple and rounding out with a citrus lemon/lime finish.
2018 Sauvignon Blanc, Chaberton Estate
This is a single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc from Blind Creek Vineyard, located in Cawston (Similkameen Valley). An off-dry white wine with a sweet honeysuckle nose, guava and mango notes combining with a grassy, lean bodied finish.
2016 Chardonnay Igneous, Volcanic Hills Estate
Colour/Body: Light golden, light-medium bodied Nose: Red apple, peach, caramel, honey and citrus aromas Palate: Peach, pear, butter, honey notes, moderate lemon drop finish
2018 Bonamici Rose
Fruit forward rose with aromas of strawberries, cherries and raspberries with nice balance of acidity with a smooth dry finish. Flavours of gooseberries, and plum with subtle notes of citrus and earthiness.
RED WINE
2018 Howe Sound Blend, Chaberton Estates
Our house blend of 100% BC grown grapes, sourced from the Okanogan and Similkameen Valleys, offers aromas of cherries, spices and a hint of vanilla. This dry red wine is smooth on the palate and extrudes flavours of cherries, plums and sweet peas.
2018 Valley Cab, Chaberton Estates
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, this wine flourishes with red berries on the nose with a hint of toast and savoury smoke. The fresh and intense flavour is accented with notes of pepper and spices and finishes long, soft, and silky on the palate.
2016 Pinot Noir, Volcanic Hills Estate
This pinot noir is light bodied and vibrant with delicate aromas of strawberries, cherry cola, violet, vanilla bean and a hint of wet earth. The palate is lifted and fruity with flavours of strawberry, raspberries and fresh mushrooms. Smooth fine tannins and juicy acidity make this ideal for pairing with most dishes.
2016 Merlot, Stags Hollow
A bright, fruit forward nose of red and dark berry fruit, with hints of fragrant cedar and wild desert sage. Cherry and red berry dominate the wines mid weight palate and marry very well with soft pine tannins and subtle oaky notes. The wine finishes with bright acidity and a pleasant savoury note.
SPARKLING WINE
2018 Gewurztraminer, Volcanic Hills Estate
This fun and fresh dry sparkling wine showcases uplifting aromas of pear, green apple, vanilla pod, white flowers, and soft notes of lychee. Mouth watering flavours of lemon zest, green apples and cloves lead to a finish that is bright and cleansing.
