Pride Squamish 2020 was held this year on September 5th! To celebrate our pride for this community Howe Sound Brewing released a limited edition series of Howe Sound Lager featuring the Pride flag. We also have donated $1 donation from every pint of Howe Sound Lager sold at the Brewpub for Pride Week, August 31st - September 5th. The total was $300 and will go towards Pride Squamish 2021 events and projects.
Pride Squamish is a community organization lead by local volunteers. They are committed to creating a Pride event in Squamish every September. Through promoting safe spaces and visibility we strive to enrich and support the lives of LGBTQI2S folks and our allies. Pride Squamish 2020 is on September 5th, and we invite all of Squamish to help us Paint the Town Rainbow!
Due to the pandemic Pride Squamish made the early decision to cancel their 2020 yearly calendar of events. To celebrate this year and continue to show their pride and support for this community, Pride Squamish held a few virtual and socially distanced events:

If you would like to be a part of Pride Squamish then make sure to attend the upcoming Committee Elections. This year's elections will be held remotely over Zoom call to respect Covid-19 protocols. Join at 7pm, Monday September 21st 2020.
