This barrel release stout series sounds intriguing! I'm curious—how do they choose which barrels to use? I recently tried a bourbon barrel-aged stout, and it had such unique flavors. Any recommendations for pairing with these? fnaf 3

Barrel-aged stouts are some of the most complex and rewarding beers out there. Excited to see this series showcase the artistry of barrel aging! The depth and nuance that come from time spent in oak barrels truly elevates the stout experience. Can't wait to see what flavors emerge in each release. --baby

I'm really digging the sound of these releases — Hollow Leg with that rye bread note sounds right up my alley. Storm Watching using their favorite bourbon barrels is a nice touch, you can always tell when a brewery has a good relationship with their barrel suppliers. Setting a Rocket Goal to track down at least one of these before October ends!
